Ma'am Your triglycerides are reflection of poor metabolic functions, the root of which lies in our food/ diet. Vit D severely deficient - you definitely need supplementation. Take injectable for couple of months followed by oral supplementation under professional guidance. Also add calcium magnesium vitamin k2 to your supplement regime.
