Vitamin B deficiency and suppmentation

I was adviced for Renerve+ inj weekly once for 8 weeks due to deficiency in Vit B. I had taken 3 but couldn't complete due to lockdown. This was 3 months back. Can I take capsules instead, now? If yes, what would be the dose and frequency?

Why inj. Renerve plus was recommended to you?? What are all symptoms u had now?? It needs detail evaluation to guide u properly. Even cap. Renerve plus are also available. Once daily is enough. Based on your symptoms I can guide you properly... Consult me online .
