Vitamin B 12 deficiency
Hi I have been diagnosed with deficiency of Vitamin B12. Have been taking injection for alternate days for 5 injections. Also taking medicines prescribed by the doctor. Vitamin B complex, Folic acid, calcium tablets. It's more than a month I haven't noticed much change in my symptoms. I feel very week, don't like to eat much , tingling legs , indigestion. Can someone let me know how much time does it take to get rid of this Vitamin B12 deficiency? My doctor told it takes 2-3 months time. Also is there any specific diet I need to follow?
