What is the ideal blood pressure, blood glucose level and haemoglobin level for giving general anaesthesia to a patient for performing Endoscopy and Colonoscopy?

Bp should be less then 130/80,B's less then 110 and hb more then 9 and ugie and sigmoidoscopy is done in LA

BP should be in a range of 100/60 - 130/80 and blood glucose level in fasting should be below 110mg/dl. And HB should be till 10gm%
