B-12 deficiency under 153 need injection or capsule/tab is sufficient to recover the B 12 level. secondly for bilirubin is level1.80 need any other medicine or b12 dosage is ok.

Your vit B12 levels are borderline and probably you will require B12 supplements. Also you will need to get your liver checked for causes of raised bilirubin.
