Vit D3 deficiency
My vit D level is 18.1 ng/ml. So, the doctor has prescribed me Calcizit D3 capsules for 12 weeks, once a week. But I forgot to tell him that I had already taken 8 capsules of vit d3 in May, June 2021. Is it safe for me to take it now?

Yes. Apparently your Vit D3 level is very low inspite of taking Vit D a year ago. So you should take the prescribed dose. You should also expose your body to sunlight for about half hour, especially in the morning.
