I got my 25 hydroxy vit D level checked yesterday which is 28.1 ng/mL that is in insufficient range. So what to do now. Can i take 600000 iu vit D injection?

You can take oral supplement in form of  vitamin D sachet once a week for 2 months and recheck your levels.
