I really want to know if I can take b12 injection at home by myself? I want to avoid the covid situation as I am from Pune, so prefer to take at home safely. I am deficient and doctor prescribed injections for it. Please let me know a safe way to do it.

You can certainly do it by yourself at home. It is usually given IM that is you can give it in the upper outer part of your buttocks where you have the muscles or you can give it subcutaneously. SO if you have have some belly fat, you can inject the B12 into the fat folds just like insulin. 4 shots weekly would be more than enough to last you 2-3 years.
