Vision regression
Hi Doctor ,
I had PRK surgery 4 years ago to correct my sight . Now , I see my right eye has refractive error - 0.75 no abnormalities found in eye examination. Does vision regression occur even after a PRK . I’m 30 y male.

Yes , regression possible after PRK. But it looks minimal..if no issues in day to day activities, let it be ..do regular checks yearly ..

Yes it may be due to ur refractive power was not stable 4yrs back so again vision is reduced ok u continue to use lubricating eye drops

Hello,
Yes that is a possibility.. However your number is very minimal, you will be fine without specs also.
After PRK always keep using lubricating drops. Refresh tears or any brand available in the pharmacies.
Next Steps
Post PRK eyes are prone for dryness , and that can also induce a slight increase in the eye power.
