Hello, I'm 17 years old and I am highly myopic in both eyes of -7.5 dioptres. I wish to get my vision corrected, which is the best possible surgery?

At this age there is no surgery
Once your power becomes stable and your age is more than 18 then refractive surgery like LASIK will help you
