PRK is a surface ablation technique of laser vision correction. You would start seeing well within 3 - 4 days once the epithelial layer grows, however there are visual fluctuations after PRK, and it could take 12 weeks for these to stabilize, and for you to get your maximum visual potential, that is 6/6.
