UV protection and polarised sunglasses save one from the excessive solar radiation that is harmful to the eyes. Greg are highly recommended for outdoors especially in areas of bright sunlight. Sunglasses are also a fashion statement and people wear them in many shapes and sizes. Coverage should be adequate to prevent unfiltered light from entering the eye.
