Is power sunglasses good for eyes?
I have eye sight problem (sight 1.0) (myopia) . Can i use power sunglasses when i go out in sun? or simply normal sunglasses ? Please tell me which is better option.

Hello You my use photochromatic glasses which will solve both issues
