Vision problem... dry eyes and head ache

Asked for Male, 37 Years

My present age is 37 years and I am having Arnold Chiari formation(ACM) type 1 with syrinx. Due to that i have Depression, anxiety, vision problem, ear ringing, headache and neck pain? Presently, I am taking veniz XR and clonazepam to overcome depression and anxiety. I am taking depression medication from past 2 years. Even though I have -0.5 power for both eyes, I am facing difficulty to see computer and mobile. Only 20 to 30 min I can see computer and mobile and after that it starts aching. I am using eye drops and also following all eye exercises but still eye problem persists. Kindly guide. Thanks.
