Blurr vision n dry eyes
Past 2 yrs my 17 yr( current) son has blurr eyesight issues,obvious bcoz of mobile.gt tested n wearing glasses now since then.actually when first tym got tested by a lady Dr opthamologist,she gave wrong info after testing but v beleivd her obviously n got tht no's glasses which he worn fr a yr.during second diagnos same lady Dr told that her receptionist mistake might be but wrong info was given due to which my sons eye got more spoiled wearing wrong glasses.unfortunately  couldnt do anything but took other Drs decision n finally got new glasses with correct info now.problem is still after six months almost my son couldnt see persons features,car nos etc. from distance n has dry eyes,head pains.hes fit otherwise,eats good home cookd food only,few veggies n mostly nn veg.pls suggest what treatment n diet or healthy vision practices should v develop in him.already hes under medication for coupl of months coz of acne type 2 n dry skin.kindly suggest som good options for quick recovery

Some acne medicines contain compounds that may cause blurring g of vision, especially while doing near work. Balanced diet, good reading habits, reducing screen time and plenty of fluids also help. Managing screen time is also important.

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
