Corneal is an vascular structure and derives it's nutrition from tears .if either the secretion of tear or supply of tear is decreased then the eye suffers from dryness . In your age group the most common cause is either excessive use of mobile or computer. Which causes dryness and the condition is known as computer vision syndrome. If so you will have to restrict mobile computer usage and blink frequently and start using  lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids.
