Viral Fever
My friend is having fever from Saturday. She consulted a doctor and also had 2 bottles of saline on Saturday. But still fever keeps coming every morning and weakness is also there. Today she got her blood diagnosed. Please suggest about the situation and treatment.

It’s Viral fever , which typically presents with low WBC count . Need not worry about the platelet count . Advice the patient to drink plenty of fluids and check the platelet count once in two days until it’s more than 1.5 lakh
