Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days days
Tab monteleukast + cetrizine one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Grilinctus d cough syp. 5ml every 8 hours.
Do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation with karvol capsule.
