Hello dear, don't worry,She is suffering from leucoderma,due to infection, Her problem is due to lack of personal hygiene, wash after every micturition with antiseptic solutions boric acid solution or Alum ( Sphatik) solution in water,/Neem treated water/potassium permanganate solution etcPlace Antifungal vaginal tabs/solutions locally, Also Take M 2 tone 2 tsf bid with water, Keep dry always with tissue paper
