Very small pimples on face
My daughter of 4 Months is having very small clustered pimples around her mouth, nose, cheeks and eyes.. Sometimes they aren't visible but sometimes they are!! She started playing wid her fingers n putting them in her mouth n then smearing saliva all over her face.. Not sure if this is causing the pimples.. There isn't any pain for her when I touch them.. I am applying Parachute coconut oil on the pimples so they can disappear.. Am I doing right? Is there any other way to get rid of them? Please advice

Do not apply any oil or powder. Just wipe the facial area with a clean wet cloth thrice in a day. It will gradually go away.
