Hi, for low sperm count the male should be examined by a andrologist . Cause of azoospermia be ascertained. The semen analysis be repeated after 4-6wks and patients hormonal FSH Nd LH done Pt put on Fertomid 25mg once a day for a month. And given Evion 400mg once a day for a month
