Very painful ears
Very painful ears, feel bruised to touch these a discharge from ears and are crusty after a night sleep. Feels like loads of pins stabbing in my ears. Have a headache and a painful neck.

Most likely you are having acute infection of the skin of your ear. Which is called otitis externa. You also need to have your ears examined to rule out any perforation in your ear drum. Treatment would consist of oral and topical antibiotics and some ointment for local application. Visit a nearby ent specialist for examination and correct treatment
