Very low level of vitamin D
I got my general heath checkup from a lab and my vitamin D came out to be 4.5 ng/ml Is it too low to be concerned and should I be taking supplement?

Hello.. Well yes your vitamin D level is definitely low..It's better if you get it rechecked once again...And also meet a physician and get yourself evaluated for such low levels ...Only after evaluating you an be started on the required treatment...Thank you
