Very high risk pregnancy
I have a subchorionic hematoma of 42*22mm last night I notice bright reddish brown discharge which just happened that one time I am very tensed the pregnancy symptom I had breast soreness has reduced. I even right side abdomen slight cramps or tightness are these common in hematoma I just had my scan on March 15th at 7 weeks 5 days and baby's heartbeat was clearly seen. I don't know what to do even there is a large intramural posterior wall fibroid of 13cm I am already on rest and progesterone support.

Please do not worry. There is nothing much that we can do except wait and watch. Take rest and continue progesterone support. Hopefully things will be good.
