Currently in 24th week of a high risk pregnancy and I have started having frequent urination. Is it a sign of preterm labour ? Please advise

No. It is a part of normal pregnancy. You should get your Blood sugar Fasting and PP done and also Urine routine and microscopic examination done and consult a Gynaecologist.
