I'm having vertigo mainly while looking down/bending from around 2 weeks. Initially I thought it might be due to my eye power change and had a change of glasses. It has reduced a lot. I do not have veryigo all the time now. But still I feel it sometimes when bending down while exercising etc.

It happens frequently with those change glasses recently,it will persist till 1 month ..till then avoid quick head movements, avoid looking down suddenly..
If symptoms persists after month , consult with ENT specialist to rule out BPPV
Next Steps
stay hydrated,avoid excessive caffeine
vit D3 supplementation if deficiency is there
Dear patient,
Hi, itâs good to hear that your vertigo has reduced after changing your glassesâthat means it may have been related to vision or posture. If you're still feeling dizzy while bending, it could also be due to inner ear balance issues, posture, or mild BPPV (a common vertigo condition). Try to move slowly when bending or standing. If it continues or gets worse, we can do a simple test in the clinic to check your balance system. For now, nothing to worry about."

Try holding your head in same position for few seconds, when vertigo occurs. This helps in conditioning , thus reducing frequency and intensity of vertigo.
Avoid sudden turning and bending of neck.
Get ENT check up also done.
Take tab vertin 8mg, 3 times daily for 7 days.
The probable reason might be BPPV( Begnin Paroxysmal positional vertigo).
Don't stand or sit at once. Do it step by step. For example, Before sleeping just sit a minute in bed, allow vertigo to settle and then sleep.the same applies when you wake up from the bed.
Next Steps
You can watch videos on youtube with a name called epleys maneuver. do exactly how it is done in the video. this is the best relief you can get.
Health Tips
if still vertigo persists, consult an ENT surgeon for further work up
