Vertigo and vomiting and nausea
Today after waking up, I am feeling vomiting, nausea and vertigo. I vomitted also. I have empty stomach. No little vomiting. Now I feel little weakness and vertigo..when I stand up, evrything is spinnning around me. What should I do? Here weather is too hot. I am in my periods also.

Dehydration might be a cause which might be causing hypotension(low bp).
Next Steps
do hydrate and try to take electrolytes and coconut water and ors might help.kindly observe and look out for the same symptoms during the next periods too.if repeated,kindly consult.

Dehydration or yesterday night food may be the problem You need anti emetics and pantaprazole And ORS. If giddiness is more, you go for IV fluids and juice and vertin tablets
