Vertigo and inner ear loop
I have a vertigo. In MRI it is showing type-2 AICA loop in left ear. Can the loop be removed by surgery? And what is the complexity? I have tried multiple treatments. Nothing is helping. Please advise.

Good evening! You have tinnitus or giddiness? Type II still can be conservatively managed and it might be a incidental finding! Needs detailed history and evaluation ! Kindly take consultation
