Vertigo and dry nostrils

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am having an issue of vertigo. This is the first time when I am facing this issue. In the evening, I realized that my nostrils were dry and My head was spinning when I stood up. I don't have any other medical issue but I am not sure what could be the possible reason for this.

Have you checked your BP? Is dizziness associated with headache or nausea? Any associated fever, weakness, lethargy? It could be anemia, thyroid issues, low BP, hypoglycemia etc. Need detail history for proper evaluation and medication.
