First of all, seek an advice from general surgeon or orthopaedic doctor. Avoid long standing and sitting in a single position for long duration. Do ankle toe movement when you get the time. In this you move your ankle towards yourself and then away from yourself. Also do Ankle rotation exercises. Calf muscle stretching and strengthening exercises should be done at least twice a day. If it's not hurting much, then start morning walk with proper intervals of rests. Avoid heating around varicose veins' area. During sleep keep your leg raised by placing two pillows beneath your ankles.
