Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...need more details like from how long she is suffering from varicose veins and meditation she has taken...it can be due to complications of varicose veins as well but you have mentioned redness of cheeks which is not due to varicose veins hence Consult nearest surgeon once for clinical examination they will do the needful.
