Vericose Veins and Skin Problem
Hi my father had got operated for Vericose Veins on both legs in 2017. Post operation he developed blackness of skin on both legs. From few months he developed skin lesions as attached in pics. From past few days he is experiencing pain in right leg. He met doctor and got colour Doppler test for right leg. Attached is report. Does he needs to undergo operation again or this is just skin problem. Pls advise

This looks like verrucous plaque which could be a superficial change due to underlying problem or could  be of infective pathology. To confirm it skin biopsy should be considered
Next Steps
