I'm having these prominent bulging veins even when penis is in flaccid state they don't pain but I masturbated a lot since 4 years I'm worried is there any problem are these veins serious ad they can be seen clearly even in flaccid state please doctor give me some clarity I'm really tensed alot please doctor
