Varying creatinine
My creatinine is increasing and decreasing every 15 days 1.5mg /dl to 1.0 mg/dl to 1.2 mg/dl to 1.1mg/dl to 1.3 mg/dl . Can I know the reason please and my urine test shows all normal. How can I stabilize my creatinine?
Is this CKD or Acute ?

If this fluctuation has been there for more than 3 months we can call it mild renal dysfunction (CKD) considering your age.
Since your urine is normal and if BP also normal there is no pressing indication in doing a biopsy in you.
Try to check creatinine in same lab, morning sample.
If you have doubt please do cystatin C.
Normal diet for now. Consume less salt in diet and do not consume protein more than 1-1.2g per kg body weight
