Hi Iam 28 year old male. I have varus alignment.I have attached photo. It looks mild. Is it possible to change by doing excersize. Is there any knee cap to support. Is it going to be a problem in future.

If there's no pain right now, don't worry too much about it. However, Varus alignment is definitely associated with a higher chance of developing Osteoarthritis at a later date. There's nothing you can do to correct the varus non surgically because of the skeletal maturity. There are Varus correcting surgeries available but you need considers the risk factors before going for any surgical procedure.
