Varicose veins problem

Sir I'm suffering from varicose veins problem since from last 5 years. My weight is up to 90 kg and now days i found veins are like ( I will send you pics). This is the only one which makes me scared. Others are like blue veins can see in my legs. Kindly suggest what to do
