It is important to assess the severity of it in physical examination and usg. Many mil have it of mild type for years and has no symptoms . Especially symptoms you mentioned arent related to problem you are concerned about. Consider evaluating for other causes

Hi .. Need further details regarding grade of varicocele. Varicocele in itself should not cause fatigue or other above mentioned symptoms..
