Hello Doctor ,
I recently noticed a vein on the right side of the penis .The vein goes all the way to the lower part of penis . It's not painful . I can see the vein in the flaccid state and not in the erect stage . The vein is more dilated during the first morning pee . Is this any cause of concern .
