My amh is 1.3.My husband has grade 2 to grade 3 varicocele.Natural conception is possible? Already tried 4 cycle with letroz 2.5.

Both couple need to be evaluated for infertility. Husband semen analysis is must. If both of your investigations are normal and there is evidence of ovulation , you can go for ovulation induction with intrauterine insemination for 2 cycles as you already have 4 failed cycles.

Natural conception at this low an aMH is unlikely
You have already failed with four cycles
Your husband's condition needs evaluation in the form of semen analysis
If semen parameters are normal he does not require any treatment
