Varicocele bilateral grade 3
Hi sir
i have diagnosed with bilateral varicocele grade 3.
my sperm parameters are
sperm count:-25per/ml
total ejaculation:-125 ml
motility :-13%
morphology:-1
testosterone:-5
fsh:-2
lh:-2.20
doctor suggested me to take microsurgey for varicocele
or take medicine to see imporvement motility & morphology for 3 months.
can you please anyone suggest what to do
if i do surgery does it improve my sperm parameters
note:- married 1.5 years back no children.
