Sir/Madam,
I took ATS injection about 10 months back. I got some minor cuts due to falling on ground.
Should I take ATS injection or not?
Is my previous ATS vaccine taken is effective till now?

Tetnus toxoid injection is right name you seem to mean
ATS is given in in emergency
3 doses of tetnus toxoid if taken at 0, 6 wks, and 6 months give 10 yrs of immunity since you have taken only one 10 months back , you need to take now

If 100 people get injured and don't take care any vaccination then all of them will not get Tetanus.
In other words it is very difficult to say whether the vaccine was effective or not.
Many people don't get Tetanus in spite of severe road accident injuries even though they have never had Inj TetVac in their life.
