My husband is not able to Penetrate into me. Whenever we try , I feel he is hitting a big wall. I have tried lox 2% jelly with no help. I dont think I am afraid of pain. I have been admitted into hospital before and have never been afraid of injection or pain. My monthly cycle itself causes loads of pain since I hit puberty. I am ready to bear the pain. I did check my vagina and see it also tightens when I touch it. I am lubricated well. When he is not able to penetrate into me , my husband is frustrated and show anger. I visited a gynecologist and she recommened me to go with hymenectomy but i am afraid if I can still have intercourse after this procedure. What if my pelvic muscles still tighten after surgery. She said it is psychological and will remove the barrier as you got rid of it. But I dont believe this surgery. Can you help me overcome vaginismus.

It’s a body and mind issue ! You need proper sex education and training to over come this. No pill or gel will do the magic. The couple issues need to be addressed as well. Husband's frustration and anger that is . Please do not go for Surgery and that will not definitely help in the psychological causes which is happening here . It's not difficult to treat this condition.
