Husband unable to penetrate completely
Hi, I have been married for 6 months. Whenever we try to have sex , my husband can go only halfway into my vagina . He couldn't go further.  He tries to push hard , but it's like it gets stuck. He is not able to move to and fro into my vagina. What this issue is called ? . Is there somehow I can help him like changing food habits ? . Any tip is appreciated. Thanks !

Steps to improve sexual performance Discuss things you like or dislike with partner Increase foreplay to around 30 mins Increase intimacy by doing activities together Start daily exercise Stop consumption of alcohol, tobaco or any other substance Be in the present moment of having sex Also try different positions See when you increase foreplay it increases endurance to orgasm and different positions breaks monotony and gives you variety to brain
