Vaginal swab report
Hello I had vaginal itching so i went to doctor she had got vaginal swab test and the report says" gram stain :few vaginal epithelial cells ,plenty of pus cells ,few gram positive bacilli resembling lacto bacilli occasional gram positive yeast like cells " Growth " yeast grown in culture " My doubt is since in report gram stain says plent of pus cells epithelia cells etc do I have bad bacteria like E. coli klebsella also or do I have just yeast Attaching pic for reference My Gynecologist is out of town for 2 days kindly tell me if I have bad bacteria infection Thanks

There is an yeast (fungal) infection which will need treatment with antifungals. The Lactobacillus is a normal vaginal bacteria. It doesn't need treatment.
