Vaginal pressure
I had low lying placenta  covering internal os in my 12 weeks scan.from last few weeks i feel pressure on my vagina iam 18 weeks now.is this normal ?what are chances of placenta movement by 20 weeks to safer position.

Chances are there that it will migrate upwards It's ur time for level 2 scan That will give the exact picture

In my opinion there are least chances of migration to normal  position, only  when uterus growth ocour then only slightly it can be gross 2,the main precautions  are pass urine frequently  and and don't hold urine for long period  like 4to 6hrs because bladder is attached just above the uterus, and you should avoid strainingwhile  passing motion as rectum ison post of uterus. If both are filled above it's capacity bleeding can start. You can avoid sex and take rest, avoid Wt lifting.

You are due for an anomaly scan ,which will mention about the position of placenta...Even if the placenta is low lying at 20 week,the chances to move upward is high till 28 weeks..

Do you have any bleeding or spotting? Most of the times it will move.. Upwards Avoid travel, straning Bed rest is important
