Vaginal itching and irritation
I delivered a baby via c-section a month ago. Since then I have been experiencing groin infection with itching and irritation on the vaginal lips, clitoris and urethral opening. I have taken multiple antibiotics and anti fungal tablets. The groin infection has subsided with anti fungal tablets, but still the itching and irritation on the clitoris, urethral opening and vaginal lips are persistent. Please guide with home remedy

Please understand that your condition is not going to get better with home remedies.  Since you are a lactating mother, your well being is of utmost importance as the child derives it's immunity through your breast milk. The repeated antibiotics and anti fungals are a major sign of gut dysbiosis which you can also confirm using the Free HAIP Sibo Analysis and Free HAIP Autoimmune Analysis tool available online on my website . The key here is to get rid of this dysbiosis using proper diet and herbal interventions.  For diet follow HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda which will help improving gut health and open detox channels. It is not advisable to seek free advise on this platform because you will be putting your childs health at stake using wrong remedies . So please act sensibly and seek proper consultation rather than looking for a quick fix pill to work miracles. You are having a major infection that needs to be handled correctly. Consultation is valid for 30 days.
Next Steps
Follow HAIP DIET and seek proper Consultation

Hello, Post C-section, persistent itching in the vulval area despite antifungal/antibiotic use may be due to local dryness, irritation from pads/soaps, or incomplete healing of infection. Home measures that help are: • Wash only with lukewarm water (avoid harsh soaps, intimate washes). • Apply a thin layer of coconut oil or aloe vera gel for soothing and natural antifungal action. • Keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothes, and change pads/liners frequently. • Drink adequate water and avoid excess sugar in diet. If symptoms continue, do consult a gynecologist for a vaginal swab to rule out resistant infection.
