Vaginal itching and burning sensation
I am undergoing typhoid treatment. Taking antibiotics for last 6 days (Levonity 500, cefuroxime). I started having itching, burning sensation in my vagina and vulva 2 days back. There is no white discharge as of now. Itching and burning pain is very discomforting though. I did an online consultation on Practo and a doctor asked me to apply Caladryl lotion on the affected area. It does help momentarily when I apply the lotion but soon after it starts itching again. Could it be a yeast infection or UTI? Since I'm already on antibiotics, UTI doesn't look likely. Please suggest next steps.
