Use Dinesterol vaginal gel or Evalon cream will help.  But you will have to discontinue its use when you plan to conceive. These creams are not sperm friendly.

I think if you are planning to conceive , you should consult a gynaecologist. Secondarily u need to increase your fluid intake . Avoid using v wash . Take vitamin c supplements. Have lots of buttermilk/ curd in your diet . Hope it helps !

You can use some vaginal wash and maintaining good hygiene would suffice. Other than that you can eat some supplementary medicines also.
