Vaginal Bleeding
I had c section before 25 days. My husband is in Indian navy so I am alone at home with one helper. I have to do some bending, lifting things etc., Doing some work in water. Is it okay. What happen if I continue to do these work.because people say till 6-8 week don't lift anything heavier than baby. Just asking what will happen if we do those things
Plus my vaginal bleeding stopped after 6-7 days. But since last 3 days I have mild spotting again. Also, suddenly I am having mild periods type cramp in my lower abdomen. Is it something to do with internal stiches.

Try to restrain from those kind of lifting work. This may induce unwanted pain and bleeding as your wound wpuld not have healed by 25 days as of now. possibility of adhesion is even more high when u don't give proper rest for yourself after major surgery
