Vagina problem of spotting no periods

Im having spotting from last two weeks but uts not regular like one day then after 2 days but very little also very dark brown discharge .i m suffering from pcos and hypothyroid and i have gained weight alot.im married and i did pregnancy kit test and i hot negative but why is it happening?...please guide me im really too much stressed.i dnt know what to do now??
